The  Department of Information and Communication Technologies  at Universitat Pompeu Fabra offers up to 2 fully funded 4-year PhD  scholarships  for talented students with a strong research interest. Scholarships include a teaching assistance load of 45 hours per academic year. Minimum gross monthly salary: 1.470,98€ (1st and 2nd years), 1.576,05€ (3rd year), and 1.970,06€ (4th year).  Research Fields:  Statistical Physics of Complex Systems, Network Science, Computational Social Science. Requirements : MSc (or equivalent) in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
