The Research Unit Econometrics at the Institute of Statistics and Mathematical Methods in Economics at TU Wien invites applications for a PhD position (Prae Doc) in Statistics/Econometrics.  Responsibilities : The successful candidate is expected to conduct high-quality research in Mathematical Statistics/Econometrics (such as high-dimensional statistics with a focus on penalized estimation methods) leading to peer-reviewed articles and a PhD dissertation.
